It all started as a simple foodblog at jasmine.klimo.net, then continued as a regular 4-page food section in premier Slovak lifestyle magazine EVA and finaly evolved into an independent online foodmagazine/foodblog.
Published since 2008, I have created the design, maintained the content management system and wrote articles. With time, more authors started to publish their articles at delikatesy.sk. The magazine is currently in partnership with the Slovak weekly economic magazine Trend, but still keeps its independence.
I still enjoy writing restaurant reviews, reports and other food news as my hobby. Part of this passion is also coffee. Being a member of Slovak Coffee Association I’m regulary attending Slovak barista championships as a sensory judge. Last time I was a sensory judge at the Slovak national barista championship in Žilina.
